Well, week 1 of weight watchers has passed and I can honestly say, I am a very proud member right now! It's rare that I feel proud of myself, so it's a big accomplishment for me to say this! First, I'd like to start of this post with my weight loss for the week. Every week I will post my weight loss for that week and then my total weight loss so far. So here goes nothing.... 5.4 POUNDS THIS WEEK AND IN TOTAL! As this was my first week on the program, I knew I couldn't cut everything out completely. My family likes to eat out a lot, so that was what I worked on most. I knew I'd be eating out with them so instead of denying myself to eat dinner with my family, I chose food that would be much more filling and satisfying, preventing me from eating too much. It seemed to have worked and I am very pleased with the outcome. My one friend, who is also following weight watchers, told me that water is a significant factor in weight loss and to make sure I drank plenty of it. I kept that in mind all week and continuously drank water. I believe this was a huge reason why I was so successful this week. I have never felt better about myself and my accomplishments. I hope next week brings great results as well! See you all next week :)
